Wikkid and Nawtee’s Pet Services are located in a spectacular 2,500 square foot facility, located in Kissimmee, Florida. Custom designed to provide a safe and healthy environment for your dog, this facility provides daycare for dogs, nursery care for puppies, an overnight Dog Hotel, spa and grooming facilities, and special care environments for dogs who are convalescing. Wikkid and Nawtee’s indoor-outdoor daycare space offers many options for doggie entertainment and exploration. Fresh water and canine bathrooms are available at all times. We use hospital-grade cleaning supplies and techniques to maintain a sanitary and appealing environment. Your dog’s safety is our primary concern. If you are unable to drop them off or pick them up, we can do this for you. What’s at Wikkid and Nawtee’s Daycare? Wikkid and Nawtee’s large indoor-outdoor daycare space offers many options for doggie entertainment and exploration. The day is devoted to play, often including a dip in the splash pool. During the day, the younger, more active dogs play hard and then take a shot nap to rejuvenate. The older, more mature dogs pace themselves, often taking cat naps in the sun. At noon, lunch dogs are escorted to the dining area and served their individual meals. The middle of the day is also when dogs receive Spa Services such as baths and nail trims. After lunch, it’s back to a full afternoon of indoor-outdoor play. Some dogs are active all day, while others prefer to relax and lie in the sun during the afternoon. At 4 pm the lobby doors open and dogs begin to go home. When we close our lobby doors for the evening, the overnight dogs are tucked into bed in the Dog Hotel. Safety First Your dog’s safety is our primary concern. All of the adult dogs enjoy a fun yet structured day, under the constant supervision of our highly trained staff. Our play area is securely contained on all sides and staff enters and exits with dogs through 2 sets of doors, which prevents escape artists from trying to squeak through. The general public has no access to the dogs at any time. A typical day at Wikkid & Nawtee’s Daycare includes: · Supervised group play · Fun, confidence-building games · Individual attention from caring staff Programs: The Wild Wild West Program is designed for dogs over 25 pounds to enjoy a large, indoor-outdoor play space that provides plenty of room to exercise socialize or just lie around and relax. Big Dogs enjoy a variety of agility equipment, as well as a splash pool and cascading fountain. Big Dog Land features a state of the art play structure, with two slides, tunnels, a swinging bridge, and several climbing platforms. The Trail Blazers Program offers a separate but equally fun environment for the 25-pound-and-under set. Small dogs also enjoy indoor-outdoor access, and have their own climbing structures as well as their own splash pool. Small dogs also have free access to a variety of safe toys throughout the day. Get Along Little Doggies Program offers a safe place for very young puppies to receive care and socialize with other puppies during those early, important weeks of development. Puppies eight weeks of age and older may enroll in our Wikkid and Nawtee’s Daycare Program. Throughout the day, puppies that are in the “Get Along Little Doggies Program” enjoy supervised play sessions, alternating with nap times in our specially outfitted puppy nursery. All puppies also receive lunch. As part of a puppy's playtime experience, our specially trained puppy nurses introduce basic concepts such as potty training, simple obedience behaviors, and sleeping quietly in a crate. All puppies enrolled in our Puppy Play Land program receive a detailed weekly report card. Specially trained puppy handlers staff our nursery, and provide all aspects of care, including potty training, feeding puppy lunches, supervised group play, individual attention, plenty of puppy nap time, and of course unlimited love, praise and affection. Membership: Wikkid and Nawtee’s Pet Services are the premier dog daycare in the Kissimmee, FL.We are offering full-service care for our canine clients and peace of mind to their owners. Daycare Services: Clients have the option of choosing a daily and Monthly Membership for unlimited daycare. Monthly Membership clients do not need to make reservations for daycare.Daycare by the Day clients will be accommodated on a space-available basis. Monthly Daycare Plans: Monthly Membership - $500 per month (unlimited daycare) Daycare by the Day - $30 per day For multi-dog households, we offer a 10% discount off our daycare prices. Dogs must live in the same house. Monthly Memberships are on-going. Clients may cancel their Membership at the end of the current month with 15 days notice. Daycare by the Day is available to qualified dogs on a space-available basis. Monthly Membership Benefits: Monthly Membership entitles you to unlimited use of our daycare services with no advance reservations needed. Monthly Membership also gives you access to all our additional services like bathing and grooming, veterinary care and much more. And, best of all, Monthly Membership guarantees you access to our overnight facility 365 days a year, even with same day notice. Enrollment Assessment, $20 one-time fee* All dogs must pass an Enrollment Assessment prior to attending Wikkid and Nawtee’s Pet Services. Please call to schedule an appointment. NOTE: It is often difficult to schedule interviews on short notice, so we recommend you allow at least two weeks prior to your dog's first day of care. Enrollment Assessment fee will be credited against the first month's Membership if a Monthly Membership Agreement is signed within 7 days of the assessment. WALKS Home visits for cats and small mammals and fish Your pet can stay in its own familiar environment, where it is most comfortable. They can maintain their regular routine of eating, sleeping, exercising, and playing. Our home visits include feeding your pet, giving them fresh water, cleaning up after them, administering their medication, and of course playing with them. We will give them all the attention they deserve. ………. .$10.00 per visit Anything else you can think of that needs doing, we can do. We will water your plants, bring in the mail and newspaper, and take out the trash. We will also employ proven crime-deterrent techniques, such as rotating the lights, blinds, television, or radio. This is all included in the vacation services at no extra charge. We will make as many visits per day as you want us to. We can stay overnight as well. We can even email you each day, or each visit, so you don’t have to constantly worry about if your pet is alright. We’ll make leaving your pet as painless as possible for you. Our Services and Rates We are committed to offering services to enhance the quality of your dog's life whether you are away or need our help when you're home! Meet & Greet (Approx. 30 minutes) FREE** Before beginning any service, we insist on meeting you and your dog. We will come to home, or you can come to our boarding/doggie day care facility if you would prefer. During this visit we will discuss specific pet needs, pick up keys (you must provide 2, one is for emergencies) and complete all necessary paperwork. Workday Puppy Care (30 minutes per visit) Scheduled between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm New puppies need a lot of potty breaks and one-on-one people time. Young puppies need to go out very often, especially after eating or drinking. Until you have them housebroken, we can come in during the day and take your little one out and give him lots of attention to help with his socialization. Please note: All puppies must be crate-trained or in the process of being crate-trained, NO EXCEPTIONS to this stipulation. 1or 2 pets per Visit

$4 per 2 dogs per visit Payment Information For regularly scheduled mid-day visits payment is due weekly on the last day scheduled for the week. You can also pay in advance at the start of each month if you don't want to make weekly payments. For Doggie Care you have the option of bi-weekly payments and for our monthly members payments are once a month. Membership Payments are due 1st of each month. Wikkid and Nawttee also offers 20% military discount. Vacation/Out of Town Service We will do any or all of the following, per your request, while taking care of your pets and home during an extended absence. Have something else you need done? Just ask and we'll do our best to accommodate you! No additional charge for multiple pets! · **Feed your pet and provide fresh water · **Walk your pet or let out into fenced yard · **Play and cuddle with your pet in your home · **Clean up pet accidents as necessary · **Brush your pet needed · **Reinforce any training you are working on, using the same technique you use · **Bring in your mail and/or newspaper · **Care of house plants · **Take out trash · **Perform a safety check on your home. Please do not ask if we will do every other day visits. This is not possible, there are too many things that can go wrong if your pet is left "home alone" for that period of time. We also will not alternate visits with a friend/neighbor since the animal is in our care, it should be from the time you leave until you return.
Medication & Medical Care If your pet requires medication or medical care, there may be an extra fee. Fee is per visit that medication must be given, not per pet. If it is easy to administer medication to your pet, we will most likely waive this fee. After hours Drop-Off.......................................$10.00/each 10 pm and 8 am It is for this reason that we ask that you have (2) keys available to give us when you schedule the service (1 is for Emergency use). **Please note: We reserve the right to add additional charges if we feel that the number of animals compromises the quality of their care and exceeds the time allotted for the visit. We will care for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, birds, guinea pigs, gerbils and rabbits. If there's a question as to what we'll care for, just ask! Payment Information: For Vacation/Out of Town Visits: Payment is due at the time of 1st service. This can be mailed as a check that is received prior to your departure. You can also leave cash or check at your home (in a designated location) for us to retrieve on our first visit. Pet Taxi & Errands We understand how hard it is in today's society to schedule appointments for family members, let alone to keep up with appointments for your animals. We will be happy to take your pet to a scheduled veterinarian or groomer's appointment. We will also be happy to visit a pet store to pick up supplies for you. (Client is responsible for vet, groomer's and supply costs). Charges apply from pickup to drop-off and are for transportation for 1 pet. Additional charges for multiple pets. Pets MUST be able to be crated in the vehicle--this is for your pet's safety! When scheduling appointment for your animals, please inform the groomer or vet that your pet sitter will be arriving with the animal and remind them you are being charged for the service so there is not excessive waiting time! **Pet Taxi/Errand Service must be scheduled in advance and is subject to availability. Payment is expected at time of service. *******THERE IS A $25.00 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND SUSPENSION OF FURTHER SERVICES UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE BY CASH IN FULL, INCLUDING ANY RETURNED CHECK FEES. Hours of Operation Monday through Friday Daily Drop off and Pick Up · Morning drop-off hours are from 7:00 AM – 9:30 AM. · Morning pick-up hours are from 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. · After 7:00 AM a late charge of $10.00 for any pet who has missed the pick up time · Wikkid and Nawtee’s Doggie Day Care hours are from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM and drop off runs till 7:30 PM · Dogs remaining after 7:30 PM will receive dinner and Express Check-in to our Dog Hotel and will stay overnight. Overnight and late charges will apply. Weekends · Weekend drop-off hours are from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. · Weekend pick-up hours are from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. · Dogs remaining after 6:00 PM will receive dinner and Express Check-in to our Dog Hotel and will stay overnight. Boarding Normal rate - $40/ day (1-2 dogs) There is an additional $2 charge for every additional dog that you board with us Holiday rate – additional $15/ day Holiday Package – For an additional $5 your pet receives a holiday specific gift, their own holiday dinner (with owner’s permission) and a holiday photo shoot! (Holidays include Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Fourth of July, and Easter) Doggie Daycare We will be closed on the following Holidays: Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Years Eve, New Years Eve, Thanksgiving, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Fourth of July, and Easter. You will not be charged for these days Additional charges: Pickup fee - $15 for the first 7 miles and .75 per mile after that Drop off fee - $15 for the 7 miles and .75 per mile after that Errand Trips - $7 per trip + expenses Pet Taxi - $15 (for drop off and pick up only in Kissimmee City limits) $1 per mile for pick up and drop off outside of Orlando and Kissimmee limits There will be a charge of $1 per 10 minutes of waiting time if we must take your pet and stay with them while at the appointment. Swim Class - $10 per class (30 minute class) While your dog is in class he/she will get a life vest until they have become proficient enough to swim without one.
